Budureasca Archeological Site
Valea Budureasca - Vadu Sapat
Valea Budureasca is an area with a high archeological potential, known to have belonged to the former county called Saac. This valley hides over 30 archeological sites, dating from the Middle Paleolithic up to the late Medieval Age.

Podgoria - Tataru
The rupestre hermitage - "Chiliile" located on Valea Saratica on the outskirts of the village of Podgoria is an architectural monument dating from the end of the XVI century - the beginning of the XVII century. "The cells" (stone massif) are rooms dug into the rock of about 24 square meters, which support the existence of an ancient monastic settlement. The monks sent by St. Basil the Great from Cappadocia to the Eastern Roman Empire, had as their main mission to determine the population here, autochthonous or Goth and to adopt the creed of the Orthodox faith, established in Nicaea in the year 325 by the 1st ecumenical synod composed of 318 bishops.

Bellu Mansion Museum

The museum houses a mixed heritage of plastic and decorative art, ethnography (ceramics, fabrics, tools, Romanian carpets from the 19th century), rare books in luxury editions, 19th century paintings, earthenware, style furniture from various eras, Oriental and Far-Eastern art (Japanese vessels and stamps, brassware, furniture), icons and weapons from the 18th and 19th centuries. The exhibited furniture belonged almost entirely to the Bellu family.

Varbila Monastery

The medieval ensemble of the Vărbila Monastery, a category A historical monument, has regained its beauty through restorations spanning four years, financed by European funds. In 1600, it seems that Michael the Brave would also have stayed in the church. One of the oldest religious settlements in Prahova, but also in the country, the complex of the former Vărbila Monastery, is included in the list of historical monuments.
